Villa Kalina is located in the Elesec neighborhood, near the Atlantic beach. The villa is located 20 meters from the beach and has a beautiful view of the lake.

The villa has three rooms. Some of the rooms have a double bed and some have single beds. The rooms are well arranged with a closet and are quite comfortable.

The rooms share a common living room and everything else that is in the villa. The villa is for rent as a whole.

The villa has a neat kitchen that is equipped with cooking utensils.

The villa has a private parking.

The maximum capacity is for 6 people + one child.

The environment of the villa is peaceful and is near the forest which allows you to walk and enjoy around it.

Lagadin is in an excellent location because it is in contact with the forest on one side and the water on the other. The neighborhood of the villa is quite quiet.

The accommodation of the guests is after 13:00

Check-out of guests is until 10:00

Guests are welcomed and accommodated by the owner who gives them the key.

Bed linen is changed if guests stay for a longer stay.

The price for the whole villa is MKD 6000 per night.
