The villa has two apartments.

One is on the ground floor with an exit to the pool, and the other is on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor is 200m2, has two bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed. The living room has a sofa that can be combined to become a double bed and has a sofa, LCD TV, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. With an additional two pull-out beds, the apartment has the capacity to accommodate 6 to 8 people.

The apartment on the first floor is 160m2 with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds that can be separated if necessary. Living room, LCD TV, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. This apartment has the capacity to accommodate 6 people.

The villa has a yard of 1000m2. The villa has a large swimming pool of 60 m2, which from May to October is warm up to 28 degrees and guests can use it for free.

The apartments have clean linens, each room has air conditioning and wifi.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerators, ovens, stoves and everything usual.
