The villa is located not far from Berovo lake.

It has several separate apartments.

Apartment 101 - two double beds and one pull-out bed (4+2 persons)

Room 201 - one double bed and 2 single beds (for 4 people)

Apartment 103 - one double bed and one pull-out bed (2+2 persons)

Apartment 104 - one double bed and one single bed (for 3 people)

Apartment 105 - one double bed (2+2)

Room 106 - one double bed for 2 people

Room 107 - one double bed for 2 people

Each room has a separate toilet, a terrace, the rooms are smaller with only beds for sleeping and armchairs for sitting, beds are new and comfortable, and the apartments are larger, so the apartments have kitchens. Each apartment has its own terrace and its own bathroom.

The facility has Wi-Fi and all apartments have a TV.

The villa has its own parking.

Maximum capacity is 25 people.

In front of the villa there are walking paths that lead to the lake.

The area where the villa is located is touristic with villas for rent.

The key is picked up from the facility itself by the hosts who welcome the guests.

If the guests stay for more than 7 days, the bed linen and towels are changed.

The accommodation allows pets and has a bicycle storage area.
