The villa is located in the center of the city, on the quay, next to the Palace Hotel (Quay Makedonija 19)

It has 8 double rooms and two apartments for 4 people.

4 of the rooms are on the front side of the villa, fully equipped (air conditioning, cable, own bathroom, wireless internet), 2 with a double bed, 2 with two separate beds.

4 rooms at the back of the villa, they do not have balconies, they are smaller and therefore cheaper, they are also fully equipped with their own bathrooms, cable TV and internet (they do not have air conditioning, but they are in great shade and there is no need for these rooms 2 are with a double bed and 2 with 2 separate beds.

The apartments are for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 separate beds, fully equipped, air conditioning, cable TV, private bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the lake.

There are no kitchens in the rooms and apartments.

Upon arrival, guests register at the reception, of course following the protocols for protection against the corona virus, check-in from 15:00 to 22:00, check-out by 10:00 in the morning.

Upon check-in, they receive a key to the room and the front door, the facility is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Bed linen is changed every 3 days, and towels every 2 days.

There is a parking lot in front of the villa, it is a city parking lot, the guests pay for themselves, the price is MKD 400 for 24 hours.
