Check in for the sailboat is done at Villa Mal St. Kliment, which from today is part of our database of private accommodations. Every guest who will stay in the sailboat is registered according to the catering law, and pays a tourist tax in the amount of MKD 40 per person, which is paid at the villa's reception itself and receives a fiscal bill for it.

For beginners, no boating license is required to spend the night on a sailboat, as the sailboats are docked at a dock. The sailboats are located near the Palace Hotel.

The sailboats have a bedroom and living room, toilet and sink, sound system. The owners say that all that is required from the guests is normal behavior, care for the lake and the equipment.
