The villa is located above the village of Nije Pole, next to the resort of Strževo.

It has 5 rooms and all rooms have double beds and one single bed.

There is also a television in the rooms, in some of the rooms there are toilets, and some of the rooms use a toilet and a toilet on the floor.

Two of the studios have a kitchenette with built-in cooking rings, and the rest of the rooms use a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is ideal for all weather periods. In the summer period, all the parks are arranged, there are parasols, sunbeds are set up, and during this summer season, prefab swimming pools are also planned. In the yard there are swings for children and a fireplace for making barbecue. The hosts of the villa also organize hiking tours to the lakes called "Pelisterski Ochi".

During the winter period, in addition to the warm accommodation, the villa rents skis and sledges, and also has an instructor for skiing lessons.

Depending on the wishes of the guests, the hosts can also prepare homemade food.

The place where the villa is located is quite quiet and ideal for a real vacation, and there are not many facilities in the area.
