The property consists of 3 cozy apartments, each featuring a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

Each apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV, a wardrobe, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a mini kitchen, with a total area of 35m². The apartments also boast a 20m² terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings. From the apartment, you have direct access to a private beach with two lounge chairs, as well as outdoor seating with chairs and a table. There is also a small children's corner with toys and a swing, perfect for families. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a barbecue is available.

The kitchens are fully equipped with dinnerware, a mini stove with an oven, a toaster, and a refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare their own meals with ease.

While the accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi, there is cable Total TV for entertainment. Private parking is available on-site for the convenience of guests.

The maximum capacity of the property is 14 people, making it suitable for larger groups or families.

In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy nature walks, horse riding, and an adrenaline park. For adventure seekers, an ATV 4X4 rental is located just 200 meters from the property.

Guests will pick up the keys from the owners, but by prior arrangement, the keys can also be collected directly from the villa.

Towels are not provided, but a hairdryer and fresh sheets are available, with the sheets being changed every 5 days.

The hosts are happy to organize a guided walk through the Galichica National Park, as well as trips to nearby landmarks such as St. Naum and St. Aloan.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Additionally, there is a designated area for bicycle storage.
