The cottage is located in the village of Mavrovo, near the St. Moritz motel, 2.5 km from the Zare Lazarevski ski center.

The cottage is on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room as a common space, two bedrooms, in one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other bedroom there is a pull-out bed, a bathroom and a terrace.

The second floor is an attic which is a complete open space and has capacity for 4 people. It has a double bed and two single beds. In the wide open space there is a part used for living space, and a partitioned part with a new bathroom and shower cabin.

The cottage is fully equipped with cookware, combined electric and gas stove, refrigerator, 2 TVs, on both floors, system, iron, hair dryer.

The villa has Wi-Fi and VOOM TV.

Heating is combined with a wood-burning fireplace and electric radiators. There is air conditioning on the second floor.

The villa does not have a private parking lot, but you can use the parking lot above the motel St. Moritz and along the road below the cottage.

The maximum capacity for the entire holiday home is 8 people.

The neighborhood is quiet.

Check in: After 2:00 p.m. (In agreement, guests can check in before 2:00 p.m.)

Check out: Until 12:00

The key is collected from the owners by agreement. In the winter, the hosts heat the cottage before the guests arrive.

If the guests stay longer than 7 days, the bed linen and towels are changed. There is a reserve of bed linen and towels in the cottage.

The villa does not allow pets, and there is a place to leave bicycles.
