In the villa there is a studio that has 1 double bed and two additional ones that can be released from it and is 2+2 or ideal for a couple with two children.
The studio also has a kitchen and peninsula, WC, smart TV, sound system, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, electric stove, and everything needed to prepare lunch for 4 people.
The house has its own parking for 2 vehicles in conjunction with the yard and a place for wheels.
The studio is also suitable for all kinds of parties and events. If it is a party with a larger number of guests, the studio and the apartment with a capacity of 8-10 people can be booked.

The apartment is modernly decorated and has 2 separate rooms with 2 beds in each room, a living room, a mini practical kitchen and a terrace with an unforgettable view. Ideal place for couples, nature lovers.
The surroundings are peaceful, partly populated, partly weekend houses, and immediately above the house begins a forested area that is ideal for afternoon walks in a pine forest that leads out to fields with a view towards the canyon. The whole region abounds with forest paths that lead to one of the monasteries of Matka, such as St. Nikola Šishevski, St. Spas, St. Sunday, St. Andrea.
The place is ideal for lovers of nature, mountains, kayaking, cycling and exploring MK culture.
- 11:00 is the check-out time for guests and 13:00 is the check-in time, so if there are no guests in the apartment, we are flexible in that regard.
