In the studio, the double bed and the set are in one room, and in the larger apartment there is a separate bedroom. The smaller apartment is located 100 meters from the lake, and the larger apartment is located 500 meters from the lake.

There is a Jacuzzi and spa only in the large suite facility located in Villa Mathis.
