Villa Butterfly and Villa Unika are located in the village. Ljubanishta, 600 meters from the beach and 2 km to the beautiful St. Naum.

Both villas have complete privacy with a separate yard and parking. Each villa has two floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed 160x200, with a private terrace overlooking the lake and one room with two beds on the floor) and a toilet.

On the first floor there is a living room with a TV (more than 100 channels and unlimited high-speed internet), a sofa, a kitchen equipped with the most sophisticated utensils for dining and cooking, a refrigerator, a stove, a toaster, a toaster for baking bread, a blender, a water heater, etc. .), toilet with shower and a spacious terrace overlooking the lake.

Villa Butterfly has its own gazebo, a sunbathing area with four sunbeds, a dining table with a barbecue, a water tap and a large umbrella, and another auxiliary toilet with a shower and a washing machine.

Villa Unika has a very spacious terrace with a dining table, barbecue, from which you can go down the stairs to the garden, which is equipped with a table and chairs for relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully decorated with well-maintained grass and many flowers.

There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer in the garage part of Villa Unica. Both villas have their own parking for two vehicles for each villa (4 vehicles in total).

The villas have: unlimited internet, more than a hundred TV channels, private parking, paid parking in the Ljubanishta camp for two vehicles for each villa and camp for storing the props that guests use on the beach, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, intex pool.

The kitchen is equipped with: luxury plates and cutlery, small and large pots and pans, pancake pan, grater, colanders, wine opener, glasses for water, wine, beer, brandy, etc.

Both villas have their own parking for two vehicles for each villa (4 vehicles in total).

The maximum capacity is 6+2 people for each villa (two extra beds are possible in the living room, but it is not recommended!)

April, May to June 15: 400 euros for one week/villa, i.e. 70 euros per night (at least 4 nights are rented)

July, August and September 500 euros for one week/villa, i.e. 80 euros per night (at least 4 nights are rented).
