"The villa is located in the village of Ljubanishta, in a quiet location. The house has 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a living room and a separate kitchen with a dining room, 1 bathroom and a terrace, and on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the lake. There are 2 double beds (160/200) and 4 single beds (90/200) and a set in the living room. All the mattresses on the beds are new and of high quality.
The maximum capacity of guests is: 10 (8+2).
The kitchen is fully equipped with standard elements (stove, refrigerator, as well as full cutlery). In the yard you can also use a barbecue.
The villa has internet - Wi-Fi, LCD TV, air conditioning. There is a private parking lot, but also plenty of free parking space around the house.
The villa is rented throughout the year. Heating in the colder months is electric with panel heaters and air conditioning.
The villa is located near the beach and camp Ljubanishta (2.5 km), Galichitsa (5 km), the monastery of St. Naum (3 km).
In the surrounding area, you have the possibility of horse riding, adventure park, ATV tours, paragliding, etc.
