On the ground floor you can find billiards and table tennis, on the first floor there is a large living room with a place for relaxation and enjoyment, the kitchen and a WC are also part of the first floor. On the second floor there are two rooms and a WC with a shower cabin, in one room there are 2 single beds, in the other 1 double bed. On the third and last floor, 4 people can sleep, that is, there are 4 single beds.

There is no private parking, in summer there is enough space for parking, but in winter, like all other holiday homes, they park on the main street. Parking is at all the surrounding houses.

In the vicinity are the best taverns in Mavrovo, Mavrovski Merak and Professor's House, the Old Sunken Church, the Forest is close for all who are willing. The Gordana store is 1 km away and the ski fields are 2 km away.
