Cottage Jovanov Residence: Matka. You can book the accommodation by sending a booking request. After sending the request, you will receive an email with a price. Practice booking by email, it's safest for you and the hosts.
The house is located in a populated area, better known as Matka Weekend Settlement, at the beginning of the Canyon itself, very close to the Tresca River with a view all the way to the Vodno Mountain.
The house has three bedrooms (2 floors), two of which have a double bed and the third has a single bed for one person.
Also on the lower floor there is a living room + kitchen where 1+1 people can be accommodated on the couch itself, which stretches out.
There are two bathrooms with a shower cabin on both the lower and upper floors.
The living room additionally has an air conditioner (inverter) and a fireplace.
The accommodation offers towels, bed linen, hygiene products, as well as an equipped and functional kitchen.
The house has internet (wireless) as well as smart TV + Netflix and an audio system with bluetooth.
There is Wi-Fi. The connection is quite solid.
There is no private parking, but there is a possibility of parking on the main street, which is 40 meters from the house. *(it is possible to enter the house with the car to unload the guests, but not to stay)
The maximum comfortable capacity is 6 people.
The house is located isolated from other houses and is spread among nature. The very view from the house is directed directly at the WATER MOUNTAIN, the TRESKA river is 40 meters below with access from the house itself to it.
The neighborhood is quiet, the space around the house is intimate and the nearest inhabited house is 15 meters away. The only constant voice that can be heard is that of the river itself and the birds.
Check in: 13:00 in the afternoon until 22:00
Check out: Until 11:00 in the morning.
The key is given to them by the owner of the house upon reception, or by agreement the guests pick it up at a suitable place.
Any accommodation longer than 7 days provides for a change of bed linen and towels and other necessary groceries.
