"Osogovska House Villa" is nestled at an altitude
of 1250 meters above sea level, surrounded by picturesque nature and a peaceful
environment. Located 12 kilometers from Kočani and 8 kilometers from the
tourist center of Ponikva, the villa is set amidst a dense beech and larch
forest, offering a tranquil escape from the noise of the city. The exact
location is just 200 meters from the main road leading to Ponikva.
Osogovska House Villa can accommodate up to 33 guests in 12
rooms. These include 5 double rooms, 5 triple rooms, a fully equipped kitchen,
a barbecue, a veranda, and a spacious yard of 2000 square meters.
The surrounding area of the villa is rich with hiking trails
where visitors can easily gather herbal teas, wild berries (raspberries,
blackberries, wild strawberries), or simply enjoy the untouched beauty of the
Osogovska Mountains. Meals at the villa are prepared in the restaurant section,
which operates daily.
The villa is located in the Osogovska Mountains, 12
kilometers from Kočani, on the right side of the road leading to Ponikva. It
offers six double rooms with king-size beds and six triple rooms with a
king-size bed and a single bed.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, Total TV,
towels, and central heating. Rooms do not include kitchens.
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
