The house is located in a populated area, better known as the Matka Weekend Settlement, at the very beginning of the Canyon, very close to the Treska River with a full view of Mount Vodno.

The house has three bedrooms (2 floors), two of which have double beds, and the third is a single bedroom for one person.

Also, on the lower floor, there is a living room + kitchen where 1+1 people can sleep on the sofa, which can be converted into a bed.

There are two bathrooms with shower cabins, one on each floor.

The living room is additionally equipped with an air conditioner (inverter) and a fireplace.

The accommodation offers towels, bed linen, hygiene products, as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen.

The house has wireless internet, a smart TV with Netflix, and an audio system with Bluetooth.

There is Wi-Fi, and the connection is quite solid.

There is no private parking, but there is parking available on the main street, 40 meters from the house. *(It is possible to drive up to the house to unload guests, but not to park and stay.)

The maximum comfortable capacity is 6 people.

The house is isolated from other houses and is surrounded by nature. The view from the house directly faces MOUNT VODNO, and the Treska River is 40 meters below, with direct access from the house.

The neighborhood is peaceful, the area around the house is intimate, and the nearest house is 15 meters away. The only constant sounds heard are those of the river and birds.

Check-in: From 13:00 to 22:00

Check-out: By 11:00

The key is given to guests by the owner upon arrival or, by agreement, can be picked up at a designated location.

Any stay longer than 7 days includes a change of bed linen, towels, and other necessary supplies.

The entire house, including the yard, is rented out, and the house is available for a minimum of 2 nights.

Pets are not allowed, but there is a designated parking area for bicycles.
