The kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, faucet with a deep sink, elements, glasses, plates and more.

Wi-Fi is available at a speed of 50-70 mb/s.

The apartments have private parking in a closed garage on -1 level, with one parking space for each apartment.

The maximum capacity is 4 people per apartment, with 2 people in the bedroom and 2 people in the living room.

There is a park near the building, and in the vicinity there are restaurants, cafes, shops, and a money exchange office.

The apartments are a 10-minute walk from the Main Railway and Bus Station, and 20 minutes from East Gate Mall. The accommodation is located in a quiet and urban area.
