The villa is a newly built property from 2022, located in an attractive setting with a beautiful view of the Treska River and Matka Canyon. Guests are offered exclusively the upper floor of the villa, providing comfort, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere in a natural environment.
Important: The ground floor of the villa is not available for rent.
