Location
The villa is located directly on Lake Mladost in the village of Novachani, only 250 meters from the E75 highway. It is set in a rural environment surrounded by pine forest and positioned on the shores of Lake Veles, with an excellent neighborhood.

The villa consists of 4 apartments:
- 2 double apartments (with matrimonial beds)
- 2 triple apartments (with a matrimonial bed and a single bed)
All apartments are fully equipped and include kitchens, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
