rooms, four beds, and one seven-seat sofa, accommodating a maximum of 6 people.
It has a separate entrance with external stairs to the first floor. The villa
has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, and
utensils for 6 people.
It has unlimited internet from Telekom, suitable for
freelancers.
There is private parking, and the entire yard is available,
accommodating three cars without problem.
A mini-market is 650 meters away in the village center, and
Lake Mladost is 700 meters away, where there are 4 exclusive restaurants and
places for walking and recreation. Two wineries (Shato Sopot and Tristo) are
located 3 km away.
In the immediate neighborhood, there are three houses used
as vacation homes, mostly visited by owners during holidays and weekends. It is
a peaceful and quiet area.
