The villa is located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, in the village of Bigla, a scattered settlement surrounded by dense pine forest. The villa is easily accessible via a paved road, making it convenient to reach throughout the year.

The villa consists of 2 completely separate apartments, each with its own private entrance. The total capacity is up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 5 guests per apartment.

Each apartment has its own private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a toilet located near the swimming pool, available to guests.

The living areas in both apartments are spacious and feature dining areas, large LED TVs, and free Wi-Fi.

The outdoor area includes a large terrace, landscaped yard and garden, as well as a private swimming pool shared by both apartments. Guests also have access to a barbecue area, outdoor furniture, and swings for children.

Both kitchens are fully equipped and provide everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.

The keys are collected from the hosts at the accommodation.

Bed linen is changed after each new guest arrives or every 5 days for longer stays.

Pets are not allowed.

Heating is provided by a wood-fired central heating system.
