Villa is located 1.050 above sea level, just 6 meters away from Delcevo, 1km away from the border crossing Delcevo, on the international road A3 to Bulgaria.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room od 40 square meters, 1 bathroom. One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other one 2 separate beds, but there is also one more alternative for sleeping on the sofa in the living room which can be transformed into a double bed.

There is TV and Wi-Fi in the Villa, as well as a Sauna.

Maximum capacity of the villa is 6 grown-ups and 4 children total.

The villa is surrounded by pine, beech and oak forest and there is also Duty Free Shop near the border crossing Delcevo (1km away).

There are also, hiking and cycling trails in the area. The building is built of natural materials such as wood and stone, and within the building there is a natural pond of 120 m2. The hosts are currentle making a cellar as well, which will be for storing wine and brandy.

The villa offers comfort and is ideal for people who want to relax, people who work from home and are in need to replace the home office with a holiday home for a certain period of time.

Per request of the quests, the food that can be served in this villa includes:
