The villa is located on Mount Golak at about 1380 meters above sea level, approximately 10 km or a 15-20 minute drive from the town of Delchevo in Eastern Macedonia. The property, including the yard, is decorated and modernly furnished with natural materials such as oak, natural stone, granite, and metal. This location is for those who want to escape daily life and indulge in the peace and tranquility offered by nature.

The villa consists of 6 apartments/rooms.

The capacity of the villa is 18 people, with an additional 2 extra double beds, allowing a maximum capacity of 20 adults.

You can book an apartment for 2 or 4 people, or the entire villa.

We offer rooms with a double bed or rooms with two single beds, which can also be combined into one double bed.

A free crib for children aged 0-3 years is available upon request.

We do not offer extra beds for sleeping.

The villa has 3 levels.

On the first level, there is a so-called “shared lounge” – a common room with several tables and chairs for about 22 people. A wood-burning fireplace with a five-seater sofa. A 65-inch Smart TV with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Two restrooms and a kitchen. The Smart TV can be used for presentations or business conferences/team-building upon request.

On the second floor is the main entrance to the villa. This level features 4 apartments.

One Standard Double Room – A standard room for 2 people with a double bed, desk with a chair, TV, hallway with a wardrobe, and a bathroom/toilet. There is space for a baby crib.

One Family Room – A family room for 3 adults and a child (with a double bed and a convertible sofa). Additionally, the room has an armchair that can be turned into a bed for one child. There is space for a baby crib (available upon request and based on availability). This room has a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a private bathroom/toilet, and a sitting area with a small table.

(2 available) Two Bedroom Apartment with Kitchenette, Balcony, and One Bathroom – An apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, and one bathroom/toilet. Capacity for 4 adults. One bedroom has a mini-kitchen, dining area, and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, electric stove, extractor fan, dishes, and glasses. The hallway of the apartment has a shared bathroom for both bedrooms.

On the third level, there are 2 apartments.

One Two Room Apartment – An apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom/toilet in one of the bedrooms. Capacity for 4 adults.

One Deluxe Double Room with Balcony – A luxury room with a terrace and capacity for 3 people. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed offering extra sleeping space, a coffee table, and one bathroom/toilet. There is space for a baby crib.

Each apartment has a private bathroom/toilet, mini-fridge, flat-screen smart TV with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, modern bathrooms with bidets, shower cabins, slippers, towels (for the body, face, and feet), a hairdryer, bedding (extra blankets and duvets are stored in the wardrobes). Some bathrooms feature LED mirrors. Every room has a wardrobe, and most rooms also have a hook near the entrance. Some rooms offer a work desk and chair (you can work on your laptop or tablet, replacing your office with a relaxing villa).

Upon guest request, we offer full board with a variety of local and homemade specialties for an additional charge (homemade soup, fried dough, grilled meats with sides, and salads…).

The villa offers free Wi-Fi.

Guests can park in front of the villa or on a spacious parking lot below the villa.

The outdoor space around the villa promises a day of enjoyment with a large terrace, tables, and chairs, a BBQ grill area (with both charcoal and gas options), grass, greenery, and decorative flowers. Two egg-shaped swings are available in the yard for relaxing.

In the evening, guests can enjoy a glass of Macedonian wine by the fire pit in the yard or relax in the outdoor hot tub.

The villa is surrounded by idyllic forests, mostly pine trees, offering maximum relaxation with fresh, clean air.

Mount Golak is known as the "Air Spa." Also, during the period when the pine trees bloom (March-June), the air is filled with pollen, which has many significant health benefits.

A football field and a basketball court are located 2 minutes away from the villa.

Mount Golak offers hiking trails, mountain biking paths (unmarked), and is suitable for off-road ATV rides and motorcycling.

The mountain is rich in forest fruits such as wild strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, rose hips. It also has mountain mushrooms like chanterelles, porcini, and mountain champignon. A herbal trail is located on the highest parts of Golak, where a variety of herbs are shown, some used for teas, and others for medicinal purposes. Some of these herbs include St. John's Wort, goldenrod, wild thyme, and many others. The animal life is mainly represented by wild boars, wolves, foxes, deer, some types of rodents, and various bird species.

Free time can be spent having a picnic in nature. Picnic tables and shelters are available for visitors to the mountain. The St. Panteleimon Monastery is 2.3 km away. Near the monastery, there is a spring of holy water known as Bun Chesma, which is believed to have healing properties for your eyes. The Golak Hunting Lodge is also nearby the spring.

In winter, many families visit the area for tobogganing and non-professional skiing.

The villa is located at about 1380 meters above sea level, and the peak of Mount Golak – the Great Chavka – is at 1536 meters.

The Males Chavka peak is at 1409 meters and is very close to the St. Panteleimon Monastery.

The area is peaceful and quiet. It can be considered somewhat private with a view of the forest.

Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00 (with flexible check-in options). Guests are kindly requested to notify the hosts of their expected arrival time.

Check-out: By 11:00 (with flexible check-out options).

Depending on the time of arrival, the key may be picked up from the hosts, or in agreement with the guests, it can be placed in a lockbox with a code provided after the booking is confirmed.

Bedding and towels are changed every 3 days or upon guest request.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

The villa has a designated space for bicycle storage. The villa also offers bicycles for rent for adults and children.

Heating throughout the villa is provided by a wood-burning central heating system.
