The apartment is located in Suvi Laki, at the foot of Mount Ogražden, near the Bela Voda complex and other holiday homes. The neighborhood is made up of several villas. There is an asphalted road to the accommodation itself.

The apartment has two rooms. Of which one bedroom and one living room. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a pull-out bed for 2 people.
It includes one bedroom, a living room with a small kitchen and a pull-out bed, a toilet, a fireplace, a TV and a terrace, as well as a patio.
