The famous Petralona cave is located near the complex. Petralona Cave is one of the most impressive and significant caves in Europe thanks to its wealth of fossils (one of the richest collections in Europe) and the discovery of a human skull dating back approximately 700,000 years.

The villa is located on the beach front of the private residential complex of Mykoniatika, on the beach of Geoponika, 3 km from the village of Nea Kalikratia and 35 km from the city of Thessaloniki.
