The property is located next to the Vevchani River, right along the riverside promenade, just 300 meters from the center of Vevchani. Its location is ideal for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the relaxing atmosphere of the river.

The property has a total of 8 rooms:

• 2 double apartments with the option of an extra bed
• 1 twin room
• 1 single room

All rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, and a shower cabin. Each bathroom also has its own water heater.

All rooms, except Rooms 201 and 202, have a French balcony.

The property currently does not have air conditioning due to its favorable location next to the river and the naturally pleasant temperatures. However, air conditioning units are planned to be installed in the near future.

Guests have access to private parking for 5 cars, with space for an additional 3 cars in front of the property along the street.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by holiday homes, right next to the Vevchani River.

Vevchani is known for its fresh mountain air and numerous water channels flowing through the village, creating a naturally refreshing atmosphere during the warmer months. A walk along the river and water channels is one of the unique experiences that makes this location special.
