The apartments are located 50 meters from the sea, right behind the park in Flogita, on Pontois Street, behind the famous Sweet Beach pastry shop and in close proximity to Pastazzi.

We have two rooms, each with its own bathroom.

In the main, larger room, there is a double bed and a corner sofa that can accommodate up to 4 people. It has its own bathroom and a terrace with a sea-view side.

In the other smaller room, there is a double bed and an extra bed, which can accommodate up to 3 people. It also has its own bathroom and a small terrace. Both rooms are connected by a small hallway, where a small kitchen is available for both rooms.

The rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning in each room, a hairdryer, bed linens, and towels.

The kitchen is located in the hallway separating the two rooms and is equipped with a large fridge, a small stove, a sink, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a washing machine.

The property has Wi-Fi.

The villa where the apartment is located has a parking space directly in front of it, and there is also free parking about 10 meters away at the park in Flogita.

The maximum capacity is 7 people.

The area is home to the most famous beaches in Flogita, both for young people with parties, cocktails, and delicious food (Pastazi), as well as for families with small children (Razmataz), where the water is shallow for the first 7-10 meters, and children can play without worries. Behind the street where the apartment is located, there are supermarkets and a butcher shop that prepares roasted meat (chicken, various grilled meats, etc.). In the evening, there are also restaurants serving delicious seafood.

The apartment is perfect for two families, each with 1-2 small children, where they can comfortably enjoy every corner, designed with love and color inspired by the sea and summer. Flogita is a peaceful place where you can have wonderful moments with your loved ones, cycling along the streets by the sea, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches during the day, or visiting the children's amusement parks and seafood restaurants.

The accommodation is in a balanced environment (street) that is not right in the busiest first row, nor in the quietest streets at the end. It is in the second row, where everything is close, yet far from the noise for a peaceful night's sleep.

The check-in time is always by arrangement with the guests.

The key is provided by the person responsible for maintaining the apartments, sometimes by the owner.

There are enough towels for 10 days in the apartment, as well as spare bed linens that can be used.

Flogita is located at the beginning of the first branch, and nearby recommended places include the town of Afytos, which we warmly recommend, with its unique and authentic architecture, and Kalithea, popular with young people.
