- 120 euros per day for 3 or more people (except from the end of July and the beginning of August when the price is 130 euros)

- The accommodation is rented for a minimum of 2 nights

The villa has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and another sofa for 1 person.

The villa has a kitchen and a large dining table on the terrace which is covered and protected from the rain, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. (Large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, stove, set of cooking and eating equipment) except oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The villa has Wi-Fi.
The villa has a private parking.
Maximum capacity is for 5 people.
The villa has direct access to the beach with a beautiful view. Free sunbeds, kayaks to explore the shore. A 5-minute drive from the city of Ohrid.
The neighborhood has holiday homes.

The owners welcome the guests, give them the key and introduce the guests to the area and the cottage.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 4-5 days.
Due to the easy access to the yards of the neighboring buildings and the difficult maintenance of the beach, pets are not allowed.
The villa has a storage space for bicycles.
