The villa is located in Polychrono, Greece, 1 km from the center of Polychrono. From the main road connecting Polychrono and Hanioti, about 500 m after Polychrono, a side road on the right leads directly to the property.

The complex consists of 12 units in total: 6 studios and 6 apartments. The studios are 25 m² with a maximum capacity of up to 3 guests, while the apartments are 35 m² and accommodate up to 5 guests.

All units include a private bathroom, small kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. Each studio/apartment has a terrace with sea view.
