The house is on two floors and consists of 2 separate apartments:

Apartment 1 is 100m², with 50m² on the ground floor featuring a large living room with a TV, a dining area with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. The upper floor of 50m² has three rooms, one of which is a large bedroom with a TV and a private toilet. It also has a terrace overlooking the yard in front of the house. The second bedroom is smaller, and the third room has two single beds. Both rooms have access to a toilet in the hallway.

Apartment 2 is completely new and 80m². The ground floor of 40m² includes a living area with a TV, a pull-out bed suitable for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. The upper floor of 40m² has a large bedroom with a toilet, and from this room, you can exit to two terraces—one overlooking the yard in front of the house and the other, a larger terrace, overlooking the pool.

Each room in the apartments is equipped with large wardrobes, always clean bedding and towels.

Both separate apartments offer fully equipped kitchens with a cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and tea makers, citrus juicers, food processors, and cooking and dining utensils.

The villa has Wi-Fi.
The villa has two parking spaces with a capacity for around 20 vehicles.

The house features a large yard with a pool available for guests, as well as opportunities for hiking and nature walks, and various sports activities in the yard.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the Plackovica mountain, near the Kozjacka River.

There are no houses or neighbors within a 200-meter radius. The neighbors around are very friendly and hospitable. A peaceful place for rest and relaxation.

Bedding and towels are changed every 5th day of the stay.

The accommodation allows pets and has space for storing bicycles.
