Our unique villa is currently undergoing renovation and expansion to include additional accommodation, making it the perfect getaway for those who wish to enjoy stunning views of Ohrid city and the expansive Lake Ohrid.

Located on the slopes of the Galichica National Park, towards the village of Ramne, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, the villa offers a tranquil, mountainous setting with a spectacular panoramic view of Ohrid and Lake Ohrid. Despite its peaceful location, it’s only 4 kilometers from the city center. Guests will also be treated to some of the most breathtaking sunsets throughout the year.

Villa Cityview features three apartments: a two-bedroom unit on the ground floor, and two one-bedroom units on the first floor. The two-bedroom apartment is furnished with a double bed and two pull-out couches, while the one-bedroom units each have a French sofa bed and a pull-out two-seater.

The apartments are surrounded by the serene nature of Galichica National Park, offering a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Ohrid and Lake Ohrid, along with the peace and relaxation you deserve. The interior is designed to impress, and the villa is also pet-friendly. Each apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace with a view, and a parking space. Modern amenities include inverters, TVs, Wi-Fi, cable, and access to a spacious yard with a pool that is available for use in the summer, complete with a wood-burning grill.

Nearby, you’ll find the village of Ramne, home to Macedonia’s second hydroelectric power plant, still in operation today. The village is also famous for being the place where the Bologna (Ramne) Psalter was written in the 9th century, which is now housed in Bologna.

The apartments are located in two separate houses, each offering a total of four separate units situated at opposite ends of the courtyard. All apartments are equipped with kitchens, making them ideal for long stays. With excellent internet access, the apartments are a great choice for digital nomads seeking to replace their office with one that has a spectacular view.

There is a designated parking area in front of the apartments, and the maximum capacity of the villa is 12-15 people. The property is conveniently located near paths that lead to the village of Ramne and the village of Velestovo, both ideal for biking or walking. Additionally, there are mountain trails leading to the Letnica Springs.

The accommodation is just 4 kilometers from the city center and 2.5 kilometers from the bus station, with the nearest beaches located 5 kilometers away. The nearest neighborhood is 300 meters from the villa.

The key can be collected from the owner or from an agreed location.
Bedding and towels are changed every 3 days or by agreement.
Pets are welcome, and there is a dedicated room for storing bicycles.
