The villa is located in the village of Ljubaništa, in a peaceful area. The house has two floors: the ground floor features a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, one bathroom, and a terrace. The upper floor includes 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large terrace with a view of the lake. The villa is furnished with 2 double beds (160/200), 4 single beds (90/200), and a sofa set in the living room. All mattresses are new and of high quality.

The maximum capacity for guests is 10 (8+2).

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances (stove, refrigerator, and complete dining set). There is also a barbecue grill available for use in the yard.

The villa offers internet Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, and air conditioning. It has private parking and plenty of free parking space around the house.

The villa is available for rent year-round. During the colder months, it is heated with electric panel heaters and air conditioning.
