A beautiful, cozy, and spacious mountain house located in the center of the Popova Shapka ski resort. It is situated in close proximity to the cable car. The house features a traditional design and wooden interior, which creates a warm and homey atmosphere. It is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, a washing machine, satellite TV, two LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi, a hot water boiler, central heating throughout the house, and a front yard suitable for a barbecue.

The Space

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a large flat-screen TV (42 inches), a kitchen, and a large dining table for 8 people next to the kitchen. There is also a toilet with a shower and a long front storage area to keep your ski gear dry and ready for the next adventure.

To add to the mountain ambiance, there is a fireplace in the middle of the living room. The living room has access to a large terrace. Part of the terrace is enclosed with large windows, fully insulated from the cold to enjoy the amazing morning and evening mountain views (this area is considered a smoking zone), while the other half is open to enjoy the sunny days.

On the upper floor, there is one single room with a double bed, one room with two twin beds, and an open room with two beds and a TV.

The reason this description is so detailed is that the owners love the house and are enthusiastic and open to sharing it with all guests.

The house has three rooms on the upper floor:

Room 1: Three single beds

Room 2: One double bed

Room 3: Two single beds with TV and Wi-Fi. This room is semi-private, resembling an internal terrace that overlooks the living room. This is a favorite corner for many guests, especially children over 5 years old.

There is a toilet with a shower cabin, water heater, washing machine, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hot plates, mixers, a chopper, toasters, and all the essentials found in a home. It is suitable for parents with small children.

The dining room is combined with the living room. There is total access to TV and Wi-Fi.

Parking is available right next to the entrance.

In the vicinity, you have the entire Shara on hand and the ski center. During the summer, organized tours are available by foot, bicycle, horse, or motorcycle. In the winter, there is touring skiing, freeride skiing with a ratrak, and other winter sports on the ski slopes.

The house has a capacity for seven people. The entire house is rented for 80 euros per night with a minimum stay of two nights. Payment is due three days before arrival.

Guests can check in from 15:00 to 20:00 and check out by 12:00 at the latest.

The owners themselves will hand over and collect the keys, welcoming and bidding farewell to the guests.

Bed linen is not changed, but it is provided in the house. Towels are not provided, and guests should bring their own!
