Stefan, near the village of Shipokno, 1.5 km from the main road. The road to
the villa is unpaved for 1.2 km but is passable by car.
The property consists of 2 rooms (one double room with a
queen bed, the other a triple room with a queen and a single bed), 1 apartment
for up to 5 people (3 single beds on the lower floor and 1 queen bed on the
upper floor), and 1 bungalow for up to 4 people (queen bed on the upper floor
and a sofa on the lower floor).
All rooms have a private toilet and a balcony with a view of
the lake.
The property features a fully equipped summer kitchen with a
grill and oven, and a large terrace attached to the kitchen.
Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available. The key is
picked up from the owners, who are waiting for guests at the location. Bed
linen and towels are changed every third day.
The maximum capacity is 14 guests. Pets are not allowed.
The property is located near the abandoned village of
Shipokno, which is a tourist attraction. Nearby are the villages of Konjsko and
Veleshta, 3 kilometers away, all connected by hiking trails.
