IMPORTANT NOTE

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS:

• The price does not include a tourist tax of 2 euros per apartment or studio per night (not per person). This tax must be paid upon arrival. It is mandatory for official guest registration at the property.

• To book a stay at Laki Beach Hotel in Nea Plagia, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel, the deposit can be used as a voucher for a new reservation within one year. The voucher can only be used by the person who made the payment. If you cancel the second reservation made with the voucher, the deposit is forfeited.

• If you want to reschedule your booking within the same season, you can do so up to 20 days before your reserved dates.

• Guests can book accommodation based on availability at the time of search. Please note that units in the hotel are continuously reserved.

• Only the persons listed in the booking agreement may stay at the hotel. Third parties without a reservation are not permitted.
