Mountain Retreat is a newly opened complex, launched in the summer of 2024. Built with love and care, it is a perfect getaway for nature lovers.

The accommodation is designed for true mountain enthusiasts—those who seek to enjoy delicious local food and experience the peace and tranquility of the mountains.

The retreat offers two fully equipped bungalows.

Each bungalow includes a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet.

While there is no kitchen in the bungalows, there is a shared outdoor kitchen available, complete with an oven, grill, and stove. Guests also have access to a restaurant serving delicious meals, which operates on weekends only.

BUNGALOW 1: Features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with three single beds.

BUNGALOW 2: Includes a living room with a non-folding sofa, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OPTION: The accommodation also has an additional room for 4 people, which does not have its own bathroom or toilet. This room is suitable for larger groups or families who can share the bathroom and toilet facilities in Bungalow 1 or 2. The room can be booked upon request.

The total capacity of the two bungalows is 9 guests.

The accommodation does not allow pets.

The restaurant operates on weekends and offers traditional, hearty meals, perfect for guests who want to sample authentic local flavors. Some specialties include:

Venison goulash made with deer meat

Traditional village stew

Fried bread (pitulici)

Cornmeal dish (kachamak) or a hearty meat dish (bakardan)

Sheep cheese from Stogovo, a guest favorite

Soon, the restaurant will offer a winter menu featuring dried homemade meats, baked beans (tavče gravče), grilled meats, meatballs, and more.

The surrounding region offers beautiful mountain trails leading to Stogovo and Lazaropole. The complex also offers ATV rentals (4 vehicles), with guides available for those unfamiliar with the terrain. ATV tours can be booked HERE.
