Villa Dora is located 500 meters from Nea Kallikratia. There is a small local beach 200 meters away, which is mostly used by guests.

On this beach, there is a café where you can enjoy Greek beer Mythos. In the yard of the apartments, there are 2 grills and a well-maintained children's playground that kids won’t want to leave.

Near the villa, there is a Lidl store. The accommodation is in a peaceful and quiet area, not far from the city. The villa has 23 apartments, including one studio and one apartment for up to 7 people, and 21 apartments for up to 5 people.

The 5-person apartments are on the ground floor. The living room has a sofa set, and upstairs, there is a double and a single bed. The 7-person apartment has a sofa set in the living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double and a single bed, and the other has only a double bed.

The studio has only one double bed.

The apartments have partitioned ground-floor balconies, are equipped with a sofa set in the living room, fully equipped kitchens, and a dining table with four chairs, a TV with three satellite channels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a toilet, a solar boiler, a bedroom, and a wardrobe. There is a private parking lot for guests in front of the villa.

Check-out is until 9:00 (guests can also use the last day for swimming).

- When guests leave the room, it is not for use as it is cleaned and prepared for the next guests.

- Guests can leave their luggage at the villa (there is an outdoor toilet available for use).

- Keys are collected from the owner of the complex, and at the end of the stay, they are returned to the owner, who is located in the complex.

- Guests are responsible for the hygiene in the apartments.

- Linen is not changed if the stay is 7 days. For stays longer than 7 days, linen is changed every 7 days.

- Towels are not provided in the rooms.

- Pets are not allowed in the villa.

- The apartments allow accommodation for guests according to the designated capacity (number of beds).

- If any damage occurs to items in the villa, compensation will be charged by the guests, with a prior cost estimate provided by the owners.
