The villa offers 10 comfortable rooms, each with a double bed, and 5 suites featuring additional sofas. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities including a toilet, coffee machine, kettle, and Wi-Fi.

Five two-room apartments offer a living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom, toilet, and mini fridge. Four of these apartments also include fully equipped kitchens with a mini-stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, glasses, cups, and cutlery.

The villa features its own private parking, located 300 meters away at the Upper Gate, the entrance to the old town of Ohrid.

With a maximum capacity of 30 guests, the villa is ideally located near key attractions, including St. Sofia Church, the Museum, Robevtsi's House, St. Nicholas Gerakomija, the Ancient Theater, Samoil's Fortress, the Port, Kaneo, and Dolni Saraj. The accommodation is in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the main square.
