The villa is located in the village of Gorno Konjari, 50 meters from the river Pčinja, in the municipality of Petrovec. pool, a football field, and a table tennis area. The yard also includes a
summer kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove and grill.
For comfort, the villa offers a wood-burning fireplace on
the lower floor and an air conditioner on the upper floor. Heating can be
adjusted with both electric and panel options.
The kitchen, part of the two-bedroom residence, comes fully
equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and essential utensils.
