It has 3 rooms (one living room on the ground floor (50 m2) with a pull-out bed, a small toilet, a fireplace and access to an outdoor patio with a wood-burning grill, a wood-burning oven and an outdoor pool, a basketball court, children's equipment); two bedrooms (30 m2 and 20 m2 with double beds) and a toilet. In the larger bedroom (30m2) there is the possibility of adding an inflatable mattress for sleeping if necessary.

Living room with fireplace, separate small toilet (sanitary unit and tap) on the level with outdoor pool, barbecue, oven. Internet access is available in all rooms. There is a TV in the living room and the larger bedroom. Both bedrooms have terraces. There is a fenced basketball court in the yard.

There is no kitchen available at the moment. That room is not yet rented out. After it is renovated, in the future it will be part of the rental offer.

There is parking for one to two vehicles, other vehicles can be parked along the road.

CAPACITY: Depending on the purpose. If it is a question of letting out on a daily basis (for a party or celebration), the capacity is 30-35 guests in winter, 70-80 guests in summer (using the courtyard space). For overnight stays, the capacity is 8 - 10 guests. 2 to 4 people in the large bedroom, 2 people in the small one, 2-4 people in the living room (opening set).

In the surroundings: There are hiking trails. From the yard there is access to a hill, from the top of which there is a beautiful view of Skopje from the western side. The cross in Kuchkovo, which is located 4 km from the villa, i.e. 1 hour's walk on an asphalt road or 8 minutes by car. "St. George" Monastery - Kuchkovo, founded in 1346. Limestone rock Devojachki Kamen and a large number of churches.

It is a quiet neighborhood with mostly weekend houses.

CHECK IN: The winter period from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. If possible, it can be started earlier with the evening appointment in agreement with the client.

CHECK OUT: Check out can be depending on the customer's wish.

- If it is just a party, it ends around 1:00 a.m. and is checked out.

- If it is with an overnight stay, until 10:00 a.m. the next day.

- The key is given to them, in the weekend house itself.
