Located in the tranquil weekend settlement of Ablanica, the villa is surrounded by nature with no other buildings nearby, ensuring excellent privacy. A paved road provides easy access to the property.

The villa is a single-story building. The ground floor spans 40 m² and features a cozy living room, a bathroom with a Turkish bath, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, hood, and large refrigerator, as well as air conditioning for cooling and heating. Additionally, a wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance.

The first floor, covering 23 m², includes one bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds, separated by partitions.
