This brand-new, fully wooden cottage was completed in November 2023 and features a fresh, modern interior. The building is nestled in a peaceful, secluded area, offering excellent privacy, with no nearby structures. The road leading to the cottage is paved, ensuring easy access.

Located in the tranquil weekend settlement of Ablanica, this charming cottage offers a serene retreat, with no other buildings in sight. The house consists of one floor, with a spacious 40 m² ground level. Here, you’ll find a comfortable living room, a bathroom equipped with a Turkish bath, and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, stove, hood, and a large refrigerator. The cottage is also fitted with air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and a wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space.

Upstairs, the 23 m² first floor is home to a restful bedroom with a double bed and a double mattress, as well as a children's room with two single beds, designed for up to two people. Both rooms are partitioned for privacy.

The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience and includes a private parking area.

The maximum capacity is four adults, with room for two additional children (though they would be more comfortable sleeping in the living room).

In the same courtyard, there is another identical villa with the same layout and capacity. If you’re planning to visit with a larger group, this could be an excellent option, and you can request this when booking.

The property offers ultimate privacy, with no neighbors nearby, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A designated host will welcome you and provide the keys.

For longer stays, bed linens and towels are replaced every 6 days.

Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. There is also a designated area outside for bicycle storage.

To confirm your reservation, full payment must be made before your arrival. The minimum stay is two nights.
