The cottage has two floors, each floor has a separate entrance. The villa can be rented as a whole building or separately by floors.
Each floor has one bedroom and two rooms with single beds, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and the whole house is equipped with white goods.
The house has Wi-Fi, a fireplace on the first floor and air conditioning.

There is a capacity for 5 people on one floor or about 10 people can be accommodated on both floors.
The river Pčinja is located about 50 meters away, and around the house there is a walking path and a beautiful forest for recreation.
There are not many houses nearby and it is quite a quiet and discreet place.
