IMPORTANT: The villa is not available for one-day parties, celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette parties! It maintains a serious reputation for guests seeking relaxation and a unique experience. The villa is rented for a minimum of 7 nights, exclusively to serious guests. Please do not send reservation requests if these criteria do not suit you.

The villa is located 2 km from the city center, near the Plodnost Hospital, with a panoramic view of the city. It is situated in the village of Lavci, at an altitude of 900 meters.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, two indoor bathrooms, and one outdoor bathroom by the pool with a shower. It includes a private pool, gym, sauna, and a large jacuzzi for 5 people. The villa has 400 m² of indoor space and a 1000 m² outdoor yard.

All rooms are fully equipped with double beds. Out of the 4 bedrooms, one has only a double bed, while the others have single beds with the possibility of adding one extra bed. The maximum guest capacity is 6 people.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor barbecue.

A heat pump is installed to heat the pool water (pool only).

Private parking is available for 4 vehicles.

The villa is located in a mountain area with a peaceful neighborhood.
