Located in Star Dojran, the villa sits right on the main road, just steps from the lake. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe. A restaurant is located right next to the property, with a local market nearby. Fuk-Tak Beach is only 100 meters away, and a lakeside walking path leads you directly to the center of Dojran. A gas station is available 1 km before the border.

Accommodation Capacity
The villa has 3 rooms:

• Two rooms accommodate 3 guests each (one double bed + one single bed per room)

• One room accommodates 4 guests (one double bed + two single beds)
  In total, there are 10 beds available. A baby crib is available upon request.
  Maximum capacity: 10 guests.
