The village of Bitushe, located in the southwestern part of the Municipality of Mavrovo and Rostuše, is a picturesque settlement situated in the area of Dolna Reka. It lies on the eastern slope of Mount Deshat, near the state border with Albania. The village is nestled in the canyon of the Radika River, on its right bank, at an altitude of 954 meters.

Bitushe sits on a higher terrace below the Krčin peak, 35 kilometers southwest of Mavrovo and 20 kilometers north of Debar. The village is fully within the boundaries of the Mavrovo National Park.

The accommodation facility in Bitushe consists of 3 rooms, two of which are furnished with 4 beds each (1 bunk bed and two separate beds that can be combined into a double bed as needed). The third room contains 4 single beds that can be arranged into double beds. Currently, there is no Wi-Fi or private parking available. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 9 people.

The building also features a shared kitchen, a common area for day use, and a sanitary unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining, which are available for guests to use. Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days. Guest check-in is available after 1:00 PM, and rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

Nearby attractions include the St. Jovan Bigorski Monastery, the Duf Waterfall, Lake Debar, the Rajchica Women's Monastery, the St. Archangel Michael Monastery, St. Spas, the St. Cyril and Methodius Hermitage, as well as several village taps with cold, drinkable water. The village is also home to the first Macedonian printing house.

For hiking enthusiasts, the mountain offers the Krčin Peak (2,350 m), Veli Vrv, and the Lokuv Lakes. Anglers will also appreciate the proximity of the Radika River, famous for its fishing opportunities, just a few kilometers from the village.

Guests are expected to collect and return the key to the owner.
