The keys are handed over by persons responsible for guest check-in and check-out.

Bed linen and towels are changed depending on the length of stay. For stays longer than 7 days, linen and towels are replaced during the stay.

By making a reservation and staying at the property, guests agree to all rules listed below.

Check-in and Identification

• Check-in: after 14:00
• Check-out: until 10:00

Guests are required to provide a valid identification document (passport or ID card) at least 1 day before arrival, in accordance with local laws and safety protocols.

Failure to provide identification documents may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Allowed

• Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight
• Quiet and respectful use of the apartment
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval

Not Allowed

• Unregistered visitors or guests
• Parties, loud gatherings, or events
• Illegal activities
• Smoking inside the apartment
  (an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 MKD will be charged)
• Moving furniture or decorations
• Tampering with locks or safety equipment

Damage Responsibility

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items.

Charges for damaged or missing items:

• Pillow – 1,200 MKD
• Blanket/Duvet – 1,800 MKD
• Large towel – 1,000 MKD
• Small towel – 600 MKD
• Bed linen set – 2,500 MKD
• Lost key or access device – 3,000 MKD

Any damage must be reported within 2 hours after check-in.

The property owner has the right to inspect and report damages within 6 hours after check-out.

Personal Belongings

Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

The owner is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items inside the apartment, parking area, or surrounding property.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Please maintain cleanliness and order
• Do not leave food outside
• Use all appliances according to their intended purpose

Additional Information

• Please respect the neighbors and house rules
• Noise complaints may result in early termination of the stay without refund
• The owner reserves the right to enter the property in emergency or safety situations with prior notice
• Violation of the rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund
• The owner is not responsible for forgotten personal belongings after check-out
