The villa is located on Tikvesh Lake in Brushani, in the area known as Ezhovi Padini. It offers beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, making it an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Accommodation
The villa has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and mirrors. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and Venetian blinds. Heating panels and air conditioning are installed to ensure comfort throughout the year.

Living Area
The living room includes additional sleeping options with a fold-out sofa bed and two single click-clack beds if needed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery, pots, pans and an electric grill. Outside there is also a charcoal grill available for guests.

Bathroom
There is one modern bathroom in the villa.

The villa has functional Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Outdoor Area
The outdoor area covers 1000 square meters and is one of the main highlights. It includes a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. The garden is landscaped with palm trees and greenery. There is also a relaxation area by the pool with deckchairs and a seating area for enjoying coffee or drinks.

It is located in a quiet weekend settlement. During weekdays the area is very peaceful, while weekends are livelier with both locals and tourists. The town of Kavadarci is 8 kilometers away and offers wineries and restaurants.

Check in and Check out
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00, with flexibility depending on availability. Guests are welcomed by the owners upon arrival and receive the key at the villa.

House Rules and Services
For stays longer than seven days, bed linen and towels are changed, and can also be changed earlier if needed. Pets are allowed.

Rental Information
The villa is rented as a whole unit and is not divided into apartments. It can be rented by two, four or six guests. The price is adjusted according to the number of guests.
