at an elevation of 750 meters.
The villa features 9 rooms, each equipped with double beds
(180 x 200 cm), and in 5 rooms, there are additional sofa beds (160 x 200 cm).
Every room includes a fully equipped kitchenette, terrace,
bathroom, cable TV, air conditioning, smoke detector, blinds, and refrigerator.
The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen with cups,
plates, forks, spoons, a dining table, kettle, pan, and pot for guest use.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa with guaranteed
high-speed connection.
The accommodation provides private parking within the villa
grounds, and each guest receives a gate remote.

The villa is situated in a peaceful environment, surrounded
