The villas are located in the village of Ljubaništa, 600 meters from the beach and 2 km from the beautiful St. Naum.

Both villas offer complete privacy with separate yards and parking. Each villa has two floors. The upper floor has three bedrooms (two with a double bed 160x200, each with a private terrace overlooking the lake, and one room with two bunk beds) and a toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV (over 100 channels and unlimited high-speed internet), a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with sophisticated dining and cooking utensils, a fridge, stove, toaster, bread toaster, blender, kettle, etc., a toilet with a shower, and a spacious terrace with a view of the lake.

One villa has its own pergola, a sunbathing area with four sunbeds, a dining table with a barbecue, a faucet, a large umbrella, and an additional toilet with a shower and a washing machine.

The other villa features a very spacious terrace with a dining table and a barbecue, which descends via stairs into the garden, equipped with a table and chairs for relaxation in a beautifully maintained garden with grass and many flowers.

In the garage area, there is also a washing and drying machine. Both villas have private parking for two vehicles per villa (a total of 4 vehicles).

The villas are equipped with unlimited internet, over 100 TV channels, private parking, paid parking in the Ljubaništa camp for two vehicles per villa, and a camp for storing beach equipment. Other amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, and an Intex pool.

The kitchen is equipped with luxury plates and dining utensils, smaller and larger pots and pans, a pancake pan, a grater, colanders, a wine opener, glasses for water, wine, beer, rakia, etc.

The villas offer unlimited high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) and more than 100 TV channels.

The maximum capacity is 6+2 people per villa (with two extra beds in the living room, but this is not recommended).

Surroundings: The Ljubaništa camp with the most beautiful beach on Lake Ohrid, with fine sand, the St. Naum Monastery with a complex of restaurants offering a wonderful ambiance, Galicica National Park, Albania is 5 km away with a great selection of fish restaurants serving seafood at affordable prices, the village of Trpejca is 8 km away with great restaurants and taverns serving local food, fish, gjomleze, and a beautiful beach.

The villas are rented out completely and offer total privacy. They are equipped according to high standards.
